CFM Bunker

CFM Bunker offers you full transparency regarding your bunker. You can easily document the amount and type of bunker as well as the location of bunkering. Add attachments, such as bunker delivery notes at your convenience. Additionally, you have the option to document and administrate bunker samples.

• Fuel selection in **ShipClient** has been refined. When adding ROB Statements, users now only see fuel types assigned in CFM Miscellaneous, while blend fuel types are no longer shown in fuel lists.

CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store

CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store makes it much easier to handle cash on board. Just set up your default currency cashboxes ashore and synchronise to your fleet. For a smooth transition from paper to digital work, your crew only needs to register the initial balance and is immediately ready. Cashbox allows you to keep track of all cashbox transactions and raise a cash to master request when new money is needed. Bonded Stores seamlessly integrates with Cashbox and assists you to register all transactions in your on-board shop.

• A global vessel filter has been added to Cashbox & Bonded Store, allowing users to view vessel lists by all vessels, assigned vessels, backup vessels, or both. Lists are separated into My Vessels and Other Vessels and update instantly.

CFM Crewing

CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.

• Multicurrency payroll processing has been enhanced across CFM Crewing and ShipClient. Payroll and payment amounts can now be converted automatically based on available exchange rates, conversion details are displayed in relevant payroll views, and payment exports consistently reflect the payment amount and currency.
• Public API capabilities have been expanded for several crew-related master data areas, including vaccination types, visa types, medical certificate types, certificate types and competency types. This supports easier integration with third-party systems and more efficient management of crew data across connected applications.
• Filipino contribution payroll management has been reworked and simplified. Contribution payrolls can now be generated more directly, statutory and variable contributions are displayed more clearly, and new summary exports support smoother handling of Pag-Ibig, SSS and PhilHealth contribution data.
• Payroll remarks can now be included in individual seafarers' payslips, providing additional context where needed.
• Document settings now support manning agency-related certificate requirements, allowing more specific document rules for crew managed through different agencies.
• New global settings allow organisations to control whether and how many days are added by default to contract start and end dates based on embarkation and disembarkation dates.
• Bulk Crew Change B2B now allows users to select different on-signer positions when no reliever is planned, supporting cross-position alternation during crew planning.
• The Wages to Confirm list now focuses on wages that become valid within the next two months, helping users concentrate on the most relevant wage confirmations.
• The vessel information sidebar has been overhauled in rotation planning and settings and is now also available in relief planning, giving planners easier access to relevant vessel details.
• Mandatory documents are now always generated automatically based on the applicable seafarer context, removing the need for the previous Add Seafarer pop-up.

CFM Event Reporting

CFM Event Reporting lets you make the most of your data and gain real insights into the performance of your fleet by monitoring a wide variety of key figures. By monitoring reports about times of arrival and departure, the begin and end of sea passage (BOSP/EOSP), bunker consumptions, times of anchorage or lay-up as well as noon reports, CFM Event Reporting lets you see the big picture of your fleet – enabling you to conduct further analyses.

• Fuel consumption and ROB Statement handling has been refined in ShipClient. Consumption lists now summarise active bunkers by fuel oil type, while ROB Statements only show assigned fuel oil types that are used or have active bunkers.

CFM Inspections & Audits

CFM Inspections & Audits lets you easily prepare and manage pending inspections. With extensive planning features and the option to create templates for your questionnaires, CFM Inspections & Audits makes sure that you are always best prepared for upcoming inspections and have a complete overview of all tasks.

• Inspection reporting has been enhanced with improved export structure, standardised terminology and more detailed finding information. The dashboard also now displays separate counts for observations and non-conformities, providing a clearer overview of inspection results.

CFM MRV & IMO DCS

CFM MRV & IMO DCS enables you to easily record and analyse all key figures required to achieve compliance with both the EU MRV and IMO DCS regulations. The required data can be entered directly on board, all further calculations are carried out automatically in the system, you only have to forward the results.

• The MRV Reports dialog in ShipClient has been restructured into dedicated tabs, making it easier to navigate between general information, attachments, ROBs and CII-related data.
• Bio-fuel reporting has been expanded in ShipClient. Users can now report bio-fuel based on BDNs, with dedicated bio-fuel lists available for relevant bunker activities, corrections, debunkers and ROB values.
• Fuel oil types selected for CII corrections or CII Special Voyages can now be removed if they were entered incorrectly.

CFM Maintenance

CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.

• A new status indicator shows when a job attachment is still outstanding and waiting to be received, improving visibility of incomplete maintenance documentation.

The Cloud Ship Manager (CSM) is the equivalent on board to the Cloud Fleet Manager on shore. The CSM integrates your fleet directly into all processes, is intuitively usable and enables your crew, to capture data at sea and to forward it to the office.

• Automatic synchronisation between CSM and CFM is now available. Users can configure sync intervals in the CSM Server Configuration Tool and monitor the live sync status, helping reduce manual synchronisation effort while keeping ship and shore data aligned.
