CFM Accommodations

CFM Accommodations lets you easily manage the cabins and bunks on board your vessels as well as arrange respective cleaning or maintenance services. Just like our other modules, CFM Accommodations offers a variety of options for the export of data. Thus, allowing you to process the data in other systems or use them for other purposes.

• Maintenance Services are now automatically sorted by due date in ShipClient, helping crews prioritise upcoming accommodation tasks more efficiently.

CFM Charter

CFM Charter allows you to draw up contracts in a few steps and automatically create invoices. Easily conduct laytime calculations, forecast earnings from charter agreements and execute post calculations.

• Multiple charter invoices can now be exported together as a ZIP file, making bulk invoice exports faster and more efficient.

CFM Crew Portal

CFM Crew Portal enables simpler and more transparent management of all crewing processes while reducing administrative effort. It enables your seafarers to autonomously view and manage their personal data such as certificates and to access company news and shared data.

• Crew Portal users can now always access their own payroll information, regardless of the assigned crew accounting company.

CFM Crewing

CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.

• Payroll exports have been enhanced with new bulk export options for monthly vessel payslips in PDF and Excel, while payroll summary exports now also include wage scale information.
• Payment files that support a specific payment date now allow users to select that date directly, providing greater flexibility when preparing payroll payments.
• Cut-Off Procedures have been further enhanced with improved handling of skip payments, refined payroll creation logic for Contract and Voyage payrolls and an updated user interface, providing a more consistent payroll workflow.
• Double confirmation settings can now be configured separately for all ranks, officers or ratings, providing greater flexibility when defining approval processes.
• Filtering capabilities have been enhanced across Crewing. Dashboard information now respects selected responsibility filters, while Crew List and Timeline include a new Manning filter for crew, non-crew and passengers.
• The Crew Change Report has been expanded with embarkation and disembarkation information and updated terminology, providing greater clarity in both the report and its export.
• The Radiantfleet integration has been enhanced to support dynamic assignment names, improving compatibility between both systems.

CFM Incidents

CFM Incidents enables you to seamlessly document any incidents or near-misses that occurred onboard your vessels. After an event has been documented, corrective or preventive actions can be defined as well and are then automatically synchronised with the office.

• Preventive action workflows have been enhanced. Completed actions now require supporting comments in ShipClient, while preventive actions can also be marked as undone if required.

CFM Inspections & Audits

CFM Inspections & Audits lets you easily prepare and manage pending inspections. With extensive planning features and the option to create templates for your questionnaires, CFM Inspections & Audits makes sure that you are always best prepared for upcoming inspections and have a complete overview of all tasks.

• Inspection dashboards have been enhanced with a dedicated Overdue Preventive Actions card, providing a clear overview of outstanding actions grouped by vessel and sorted by due date. Vessel lists now also default to active vessels with reports, improving day-to-day visibility.

CFM Maintenance

CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.

• Maintenance workflows have been enhanced with new approval tabs for pending jobs and rescheduling requests, while spare components can now be transferred directly as components when moving equipment between vessels.

CFM Purchase

CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.

• Inquiry and Order email templates now support the vessel IMO number as a merge field, automatically populating documents with relevant vessel information.
• Purchase reporting has been enhanced with additional item information in Inquiry Quote forms and approval details in Order Overview and Invoice Overview reports, providing greater transparency throughout the purchasing process.
