New features and enhancements

CFM Crewing

CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.

  • Crewing templates have been extended with additional merge fields for payment position settings, home allotments and Filipino seafarer information, providing greater flexibility when generating employment-related documents.
  • API capabilities have been significantly expanded, allowing third-party systems to manage vaccinations, visas and medical certificates. This enables easier integration and more efficient management of seafarer data across connected systems.
  • Manual earnings and deductions have been enhanced with support for person history periods. Additional visual indicators, tooltips and improved references provide greater transparency when reviewing and managing payroll data.
  • Leave balance calculations now follow chronological payroll periods, ensuring accurate balances even when manual corrections have been made.
  • Reopening payrolls in bulk now retains the finalisation status of paid-out payment positions, ensuring more consistent payroll processing.
  • Rank Wage settings now include a dedicated Show option, allowing users with read access to review wage scales and split wages without making changes.

CFM Inventory

CFM Inventory allows you to keep track of all equipment, materials or supplies in stock on individual vessels. To enhance clarity, you can easily define various storage locations on board your vessels and categorise your stock, either by using pre-defined categories from settings or by simply specifying your own on the fly.

  • Inventory views and settings now display article numbers alongside item names, making items easier to identify.

CFM Purchase

CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.

  • Order editing now prevents accidental cancellation by ensuring orders cannot be saved when the final remaining item has been rejected.
  • Purchase invoice integrations have been enhanced through new GUID-based API capabilities, allowing external accounting systems to reliably retrieve and update invoices even when internal invoice numbers change.
