We are continuously upgrading Cloud Fleet Manager, adding new functionality, enhancements and improving the overall usability. With this article, we would like to give you a brief overview of some of the greater edits to the system. New features and enhancements

CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store
CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store makes it much easier to handle cash on board. Just set up your default currency cashboxes ashore and synchronise to your fleet. For a smooth transition from paper to digital work, your crew only needs to register the initial balance and is immediately ready. Cashbox allows you to keep track of all cashbox transactions and raise a cash to master request when new money is needed. Bonded Stores seamlessly integrates with Cashbox and assists you to register all transactions in your on-board shop.
- Bonded Store inventory can now be exported to Microsoft Excel, making it easier to review inventory levels and share stock information.

CFM Crewing
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- Seafarer Card exports have been expanded with leave balance information, including new merge fields and export options that make it easier to share detailed leave data with seafarers and external stakeholders.
- Seafarer Compliance Reports now support reporting against future dates, helping organisations identify upcoming document compliance issues before they occur.

CFM Disturbance Report
CFM Disturbance Report lets your crew easily create detailed, standardised service requests that can be directly assigned to the person responsible and which will then appear automatically within their dashboard. You can follow-up all service requests in a Kanban view, which gives you a full transparency an all pending requests and their individual status.
- Disturbance reports now provide improved issue and due date management, automatically calculating due dates while ensuring issue dates are stored consistently throughout the system.

CFM Event Reporting
CFM Event Reporting lets you make the most of your data and gain real insights into the performance of your fleet by monitoring a wide variety of key figures. By monitoring reports about times of arrival and departure, the begin and end of sea passage (BOSP/EOSP), bunker consumptions, times of anchorage or lay-up as well as noon reports, CFM Event Reporting lets you see the big picture of your fleet – enabling you to conduct further analyses.
- Departure Reports have been enhanced to support the 2026 EU port-of-call reporting requirements with standardised port call purposes.

CFM MRV & IMO DCS
CFM MRV & IMO DCS enables you to easily record and analyse all key figures required to achieve compliance with both the EU MRV and IMO DCS regulations. The required data can be entered directly on board, all further calculations are carried out automatically in the system, you only have to forward the results.
- Begin of Sea Passage and End of Sea Passage reports are now available in CFM MRV & IMO DCS, providing consistent reporting for voyage data, fuel consumption, CII information and supporting documentation.
- Biofuel reporting has been enhanced with mandatory BDN references for debunker activities and ROB statements, supporting the latest reporting requirements.

CFM Maintenance
CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.
- Component Transfer views can now be exported to Microsoft Excel, making it easier to review and share transfer information.
- Planning cost calculations have been enhanced by using catalogue pricing where available, improving the accuracy of maintenance cost estimates.

CFM Purchase
CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.
- Purchase settings can now prevent external users from changing currencies in inquiry quotes, helping organisations maintain greater control over purchasing processes.
- Invoice Item Report exports now include item names, making exported purchasing data easier to review.

CFM Certificates
CFM Certificates ensures that you all your necessary certificates are up to date and this way, that your vessels are seaworthy. It provides you with various options for the setup of certificate types, such as pre-warning periods, categorization on the revalidation (on expiry, annual or intermediate surveys), the definition of port- or flag-state requirements, or the assignment of responsibilities.
- Certificate exports now respect active filters, ensuring exported lists match the certificates currently displayed.
