CFM Bunker

CFM Bunker offers you full transparency regarding your bunker. You can easily document the amount and type of bunker as well as the location of bunkering. Add attachments, such as bunker delivery notes at your convenience. Additionally, you have the option to document and administrate bunker samples.

• Support for Veracity's transition to full BDN-based reporting has been expanded. Initial ROB Statements can now be managed directly within ShipClient, automatically generating and updating the required bunker reports while supporting the new reporting workflow.

CFM Crewing

CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.

• A new Seafarer Compliance Report provides a complete overview of seafarers' document information, making it easier to share accurate compliance data with external stakeholders.
• Payment Transfers now support MT101 SWIFT exports for automated bank file generation, including configurable payment settings and built-in validation to help identify export issues.
• Seafarer Search has been enhanced with airport information, including new export fields and filtering options to simplify travel planning and identify missing data.
• The Final Wages dashboard now highlights negative balances, making potential payroll issues easier to identify before processing.
• Competencies and endorsements now include the issuing country, improving document management and enabling more accurate validation of flag state endorsements.
• Payroll settings now allow organisations to extend the correction period beyond the default two months, providing greater flexibility when processing late wage scale changes.
• Crew List and Planning now provide a dedicated Compliance view, giving users a clearer overview of document requirements and compliance issues across their crews.

• A new Employee List export provides a comprehensive overview of employee information, making it easier to review and share personnel data.

CFM Event Reporting

CFM Event Reporting lets you make the most of your data and gain real insights into the performance of your fleet by monitoring a wide variety of key figures. By monitoring reports about times of arrival and departure, the begin and end of sea passage (BOSP/EOSP), bunker consumptions, times of anchorage or lay-up as well as noon reports, CFM Event Reporting lets you see the big picture of your fleet – enabling you to conduct further analyses.

• Event Reports now support MRV/DCS Offhire periods, helping organisations capture offhire activities more accurately for compliance reporting.
• Finalised Event Reports now provide remaining-on-board values for individual BDNs, giving users greater visibility into fuel consumption and remaining quantities.

CFM Inspections & Audits

• ShipClient Inspection & Audit reports now support comments, enabling crews to collaborate more effectively while maintaining a clear record of discussions and decisions.

CFM MRV & IMO DCS

CFM MRV & IMO DCS enables you to easily record and analyse all key figures required to achieve compliance with both the EU MRV and IMO DCS regulations. The required data can be entered directly on board, all further calculations are carried out automatically in the system, you only have to forward the results.

• Additional MRV off-hire report types are now available for dockings, technical failures and unchartered periods, supporting more accurate regulatory reporting.
• Report Details now display remaining-on-board values for both standard and biofuels, allowing users to review fuel information without opening individual reports.

CFM Procedures

CFM Procedures enables you to send instructions to your vessels fast and easily, making sure that your fleet is up to date regarding e.g. safety instructions - achieving compliance with ease. Effortlessly send company policies and work instructions, or assign responsibilities aboard your ships.

• A new global setting allows users to display only procedures relevant to their assigned vessels, helping teams focus on the information that matters most.
