New features and enhancements

CFM Crewing
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- Administrators can now choose whether mandatory document checks are performed for all future assignments or only the next planned assignment, providing greater flexibility in managing compliance requirements.
- Competency generation now considers vessel size and engine power, helping ensure that the appropriate competency requirements are created automatically for each assignment.
- Crew List views and exports now provide additional information on original contract duration, time on board and overdue deviations, making it easier to identify assignments requiring attention and support crew planning.
- Pinned Remarks have been enhanced with due dates, multiple responsible users and dashboard tracking. Assigned users can also receive notifications, helping teams manage follow-up actions and responsibilities more effectively.
- Users can now receive notifications when new open medical reports are submitted from vessels, helping responsible personnel review and respond to them more quickly.
- Disciplinary Records now support expiry dates and optional expiry notifications, helping organisations reassess records at the appropriate time and distinguish clearly between active and expired entries.
- Assignment remarks are now separated into Office Remarks and Vessel Remarks, allowing internal notes to remain private while relevant operational information continues to be shared with vessels.

CFM Event Reporting
CFM Event Reporting lets you make the most of your data and gain real insights into the performance of your fleet by monitoring a wide variety of key figures. By monitoring reports about times of arrival and departure, the begin and end of sea passage (BOSP/EOSP), bunker consumptions, times of anchorage or lay-up as well as noon reports, CFM Event Reporting lets you see the big picture of your fleet – enabling you to conduct further analyses.
- ShipClient Event Reports now support more comprehensive reporting for auxiliary equipment. Crews can record fuel consumption and running hours for equipment including incinerators, inert gas generators, diesel power packs, gas combustion units, turbo generators and fresh water generators. Relevant fuel quantities are deducted from the remaining-on-board values, while IGG and DPP consumption is also incorporated into CII reporting and discharge operation totals.

CFM Inspections & Audits
CFM Inspections & Audits lets you easily prepare and manage pending inspections. With extensive planning features and the option to create templates for your questionnaires, CFM Inspections & Audits makes sure that you are always best prepared for upcoming inspections and have a complete overview of all tasks.
- Inspection reports now support sending comments directly to vessels, improving communication and follow-up throughout the inspection process.

CFM Maintenance
CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.
- Maintenance components and their subcomponents can now be copied directly from another vessel, reducing setup effort when creating similar component structures across the fleet.

CFM Purchase
CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.
- Purchase can now prevent duplicate invoice numbers for the same vendor, helping reduce processing errors and strengthen financial control.

CFM Schedules and Agents
CFM Schedules & Agents enables you to organise your fleet’s schedules and agent master-data in one shared resource and let your crew take part in schedule management. Schedules, as well as agent’s master data, can be directly entered on board and synchronised with the office, making the information automatically accessible in the Portal, Partner Portal and in your mobile app.
- ShipClient schedule exports now support manually defined periods of up to 100 days, providing greater flexibility when preparing schedule information for authorities.
