We are continuously upgrading Cloud Fleet Manager, adding new functionality, enhancements and improving the overall usability. With this article, we would like to give you a brief overview of some of the greater edits to the system. New features and enhancements

CFM Crewing
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- A new Payment Bank / Agency Bank Defaults setting allows payment and agency banks to be carried forward automatically between payroll periods. The selected banks are then pre-filled across all allotment types, including special allotments created on board, reducing repetitive payroll administration.
- The ISF Watchkeeper integration has been enhanced with automatic overtime imports, automated overtime calculations and read-only payroll values, while additional validation helps prevent payroll finalisation before overtime data is complete.
- Assignments imported from third-party systems now automatically receive the Ready to Join planning status, reducing manual updates after import.
- Travel expenses can now be created and approved independently of payrolls before being transferred automatically into the appropriate payroll once available, including off-contract periods.
- Seafarer Pools can now be configured with filter criteria that automatically include matching seafarers, reducing manual pool management.
- Users can now subscribe to notifications when crew changes or schedule updates affect previously arranged flights, helping planners respond more quickly to rebooking requirements.
- Advanced seafarer searches now include vessel and assignment status filters, making it easier to locate crew based on their vessel and planning status.
- Permanent contracts now allow guaranteed monthly overtime hours to be adjusted when selecting wage scales, providing greater flexibility during contract setup.
- Crew Timeline and Rotation Planning now include a day view, making it easier to manage short assignments and review planning with greater precision.
- Vessel crews can now add remarks directly to payslips, while office remarks can also be displayed on board, improving communication around payroll information.

CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store
CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store makes it much easier to handle cash on board. Just set up your default currency cashboxes ashore and synchronise to your fleet. For a smooth transition from paper to digital work, your crew only needs to register the initial balance and is immediately ready. Cashbox allows you to keep track of all cashbox transactions and raise a cash to master request when new money is needed. Bonded Stores seamlessly integrates with Cashbox and assists you to register all transactions in your on-board shop.
- A new Check Date filter allows bonded store inventory to be viewed as of any past date, making it easier to review historical stock levels.
- When managing cash advances on board, users can now export transaction overviews to Microsoft Excel directly from the Add Multiple screen before saving, making it easier to review and sign transaction lists.
- Multiple balance checks can now be created at once from the Cashbox vessel list, reducing the effort required when completing monthly balance checks across several vessels.

CFM Disturbance Report
CFM Disturbance Report lets your crew easily create detailed, standardised service requests that can be directly assigned to the person responsible and which will then appear automatically within their dashboard. You can follow-up all service requests in a Kanban view, which gives you a full transparency an all pending requests and their individual status.
- Closed Disturbance Reports can now be sorted by closing date, with both creation and closing dates displayed on each report to simplify the review of completed incidents.
- The Services & Deliveries dashboard widget now supports grouping by vessel or port, making upcoming services easier to review.

CFM Employees
CFM Employees makes all staff information visible and accurate. Simply organise your staff within departments, define regular working days and hours, vacation entitlement, job description and contact details. Manage holidays, travels, and any other absence of your employees within a single view.
- Employee records now include a Documents section for managing employee-related files such as passport copies directly within the employee profile.

CFM Incidents
CFM Incidents enables you to seamlessly document any incidents or near-misses that occurred onboard your vessels. After an event has been documented, corrective or preventive actions can be defined as well and are then automatically synchronised with the office.
- Incident Dashboard Statistics now support configurable date filters, allowing users to analyse incidents across predefined or custom reporting periods.

CFM Inspections & Audits
CFM Inspections & Audits lets you easily prepare and manage pending inspections. With extensive planning features and the option to create templates for your questionnaires, CFM Inspections & Audits makes sure that you are always best prepared for upcoming inspections and have a complete overview of all tasks.
- Inspection and Audit templates can now be exported as blank Microsoft Word documents, making it easier to prepare audits or review templates offline.
- Inspection reports shared through the Partner Portal now include an option to show or hide non-conformities, giving users greater control over shared inspection results.
- Observation Reports can now be exported as PDF files, making inspection outcomes easier to share and archive.

CFM Inventory
CFM Inventory allows you to keep track of all equipment, materials or supplies in stock on individual vessels. To enhance clarity, you can easily define various storage locations on board your vessels and categorise your stock, either by using pre-defined categories from settings or by simply specifying your own on the fly.
- Inventory items now indicate when they are already included in an open requisition, helping users avoid creating duplicate purchasing requests.

CFM Maintenance
CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.
- The Maintenance Dashboard comments view now includes a vessel filter, making it easier to focus on comments for selected vessels.

CFM Purchase
CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.
- A new Send All Inquiries function allows multiple approved inquiries to be sent together and also supports resending previously transmitted inquiries, simplifying supplier communication.
- Purchase approval workflows can now require mandatory comments when requests are rejected, improving transparency throughout the approval process.
- Purchase export activities are now recorded in the activity log, providing full traceability of exported documents, templates and users.
- The purchase price comparison view now allows quantities to be adjusted and line items to be split between suppliers before purchase orders are created, streamlining supplier selection.
- Purchase catalog folders can now include shared file attachments that automatically become available for all associated catalogue items, requisitions and inquiries.

CFM Risk Assessment
CFM Risk Assessment enables you to organise your risk assessment digitally and minimise manual effort. Determine probabilities and implications of unwanted incidents and allocate danger levels to every thinkable situation on board. Be on the safe side concerning insurances. With our modular design, you can create and assess any number of operations.
- Office users can now add and view comments directly within Risk Assessment reports, making it easier to share context and collaborate without relying on external communication.

CFM Certificates
CFM Certificates ensures that you all your necessary certificates are up to date and this way, that your vessels are seaworthy. It provides you with various options for the setup of certificate types, such as pre-warning periods, categorization on the revalidation (on expiry, annual or intermediate surveys), the definition of port- or flag-state requirements, or the assignment of responsibilities.
- Certificate management has been enhanced with clearer download and replace actions, improved audit logging and additional safeguards around certificate deletion.
