New features and enhancements

CFM Crewing
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- New currency conversion settings can automatically apply configured exchange rates when foreign currency costs are entered. Daily or monthly exchange rates can also be applied automatically to travel expenses, reducing manual effort and improving consistency.
- The Compliance Matrix has been redesigned and now displays Vessel Requirements in a dedicated subtab, improving visibility of compliance-related information.
- Advanced search now supports filtering seafarers by fleet.
- The Illness Report has been expanded with additional information including age, nationality and agency, while new filters help users analyse the data more effectively.
- Payroll settings can now be archived across custom settings, assignments, permanent contracts and wage scales, helping users maintain a cleaner and more manageable payroll configuration.

CFM Off-hires and Claims
CFM Offhires & Claims lets you keep accurate records of your vessels’ offhires, charterer claims and related costs. Stay informed about the causes of individual offhires and react swiftly. Automated KPIs and reports make vessel availability clear, demonstrate performance and help you recognise where you need to take action.
- The Off-Hires Report and Vessel Availability Report can now include inactive vessels, providing a more complete historical overview.

CFM Procedures
CFM Procedures enables you to send instructions to your vessels fast and easily, making sure that your fleet is up to date regarding e.g. safety instructions - achieving compliance with ease. Effortlessly send company policies and work instructions, or assign responsibilities aboard your ships.
- Completed forms can now be marked as Invalid by seafarers on board, automatically resetting them to a pending status for review and completion.
