New features and enhancements

CFM Bunker

CFM Bunker offers you full transparency regarding your bunker. You can easily document the amount and type of bunker as well as the location of bunkering. Add attachments, such as bunker delivery notes at your convenience. Additionally, you have the option to document and administrate bunker samples.

  • A validation rule now ensures that BDN numbers remain unique per vessel, helping to improve data consistency and reduce duplicate entries.

CFM Crewing

CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.

  • Users can now navigate directly from a seafarer's Assignment section to the crew lists of their current or upcoming assignments, making it easier to access related crew information.
  • A new export option is available for monthly Rest Hours, allowing users to generate reports for all seafarers currently on board a vessel.
  • Medical reports can now be added to seafarers without assignments or permanent contracts, providing greater flexibility when maintaining crew records.
  • New validation checks for Past Sea Services ensure that embarkation and disembarkation dates remain valid.
  • Custom rank selections are now retained across document layers, reducing repetitive configuration work.
  • Seafarer search exports now include Experience Details and Additional Properties.
  • The Past Sea Services card has been redesigned to provide a clearer and more streamlined overview of information.
  • Validation errors related to payroll and payment position finalisation are now consolidated into a single warning dialog, making it easier to identify and resolve issues before finalisation.

CFM Off-hires and Claims

CFM Offhires & Claims lets you keep accurate records of your vessels’ offhires, charterer claims and related costs. Stay informed about the causes of individual offhires and react swiftly. Automated KPIs and reports make vessel availability clear, demonstrate performance and help you recognise where you need to take action.

  • Insurance numbers can now be recorded for off-hires.
  • A new permission allows users to access legacy vessel data across all vessels in read-only mode, providing greater visibility where required.

CFM Vessel Particulars

CFM Vessel Particulars lets you set up the foundation of your successful vessel management. Record and maintain a vast amount of specific data for every vessel and let your departments benefit from data such as dimensions, capacities, propulsion, consumptions, or delivery information for a smooth acceleration of their individual businesses.

  • Vessels can now be assigned to fleets.

CFM Procedures

CFM Procedures enables you to send instructions to your vessels fast and easily, making sure that your fleet is up to date regarding e.g. safety instructions - achieving compliance with ease. Effortlessly send company policies and work instructions, or assign responsibilities aboard your ships.

  • Dedicated fields are now available for procedure summaries, translations and document differences, supporting improved management of uploaded procedures. Additionally, previews of procedure attachments are available again within ShipClient.
