CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store

CFM Cashbox & Bonded Store makes it much easier to handle cash on board. Just set up your default currency cashboxes ashore and synchronise to your fleet. For a smooth transition from paper to digital work, your crew only needs to register the initial balance and is immediately ready. Cashbox allows you to keep track of all cashbox transactions and raise a cash to master request when new money is needed. Bonded Stores seamlessly integrates with Cashbox and assists you to register all transactions in your on-board shop.

• Automatic currency conversion can now also be applied to seafarers' cash advances, reducing manual calculations and helping ensure consistent payroll values.

CFM Crewing

CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.

• New Crew Portal notifications have been introduced to keep seafarers informed when payrolls are ready for download and when new company news has been published.
• Access management has been enhanced with dedicated permissions for managing next of kin contact information and improved controls to ensure users only access seafarers associated with their assigned fleets and agencies.
• Several reports have been enhanced with additional information, including illness and injury classifications, employment type, leave balances and rest hours finalisation details.
• Wage scale management has been streamlined through automatic wage scale assignment where applicable, improved payroll transparency and a stronger focus on structured wage scale configuration.
• Non-crew assignments can now include additional information such as category, position and company details.

CFM Emergencies lets you define different categories of emergencies and their corresponding tasks as well as to define if they are mandatory or not - all in line with both SOLAS and MARPOL. The respective locations onboard where the task needs to be carried out can be defined as well. Making sure that your crew is immediately aware of what to do and where to go.

• ShipClient: The ‘External ID’ for lifeboats can now be maintained.

CFM Employees

CFM Employees makes all staff information visible and accurate. Simply organise your staff within departments, define regular working days and hours, vacation entitlement, job description and contact details. Manage holidays, travels, and any other absence of your employees within a single view.

• The Holiday Overview Report has been enhanced with additional information and a revised layout, making it easier to distinguish between planned, requested and approved holidays.

CFM Maintenance

CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.

• Maintenance management has been enhanced with improved control over component structures, allowing criticality and class relevance settings to be applied across sub-components while enabling more flexible management of job numbers and class codes.

CFM Off-hires and Claims

CFM Offhires & Claims lets you keep accurate records of your vessels’ offhires, charterer claims and related costs. Stay informed about the causes of individual offhires and react swiftly. Automated KPIs and reports make vessel availability clear, demonstrate performance and help you recognise where you need to take action.

• A new Detailed Off-Hires report provides more granular insight into off-hire events, including costs, expenses, bunker information and effectiveness data.

CFM Procedures

CFM Procedures enables you to send instructions to your vessels fast and easily, making sure that your fleet is up to date regarding e.g. safety instructions - achieving compliance with ease. Effortlessly send company policies and work instructions, or assign responsibilities aboard your ships.

• Forms containing comments are now highlighted with visual and numerical indicators, making follow-up actions easier to identify.

CFM Purchase

CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.

• Users will now be alerted when invoices have been approved, improving visibility and easing follow-up in the purchasing process.
