New features and enhancements
CFM Crewing
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- Company roles within permanent contracts now provide greater control over payroll access and Crew Accounts Manager assignments, helping ensure payroll responsibilities are managed consistently.
- The Performance section now allows users to hide assignments that do not contain performance reports, making it easier to focus on relevant evaluations.
- Payroll Vessel Summary exports now include grand totals for officers and ratings, providing a clearer overview of monthly payroll data.
CFM Event Reporting
CFM Event Reporting lets you make the most of your data and gain real insights into the performance of your fleet by monitoring a wide variety of key figures. By monitoring reports about times of arrival and departure, the begin and end of sea passage (BOSP/EOSP), bunker consumptions, times of anchorage or lay-up as well as noon reports, CFM Event Reporting lets you see the big picture of your fleet – enabling you to conduct further analyses.
- ROB calculations now also take bunker activities into account, improving the accuracy of onboard fuel reporting.
CFM Inspections & Audits
CFM Inspections & Audits lets you easily prepare and manage pending inspections. With extensive planning features and the option to create templates for your questionnaires, CFM Inspections & Audits makes sure that you are always best prepared for upcoming inspections and have a complete overview of all tasks.
- SIRE 2.0 reports now support immediate causes, allowing more detailed information and comments to be recorded for each cause during inspections.
CFM MRV & IMO DCS
CFM MRV & IMO DCS enables you to easily record and analyse all key figures required to achieve compliance with both the EU MRV and IMO DCS regulations. The required data can be entered directly on board, all further calculations are carried out automatically in the system, you only have to forward the results.
- Fuel consumption calculations now include anchoring reports, providing a more complete basis for emissions reporting.
CFM Off-hires and Claims
CFM Offhires & Claims lets you keep accurate records of your vessels’ offhires, charterer claims and related costs. Stay informed about the causes of individual offhires and react swiftly. Automated KPIs and reports make vessel availability clear, demonstrate performance and help you recognise where you need to take action.
- Individual off-hire reports can now be exported in addition to period-based report exports, providing greater flexibility when sharing information.
- The sidebar now displays the yearly accumulated cost of a vessel whenever no off-hire or claim record is selected, providing additional operational visibility.
- Off-Hire Report exports have been enhanced with separate confirmation status for vessel and office, alongside report remarks for additional reporting context.
CFM Purchase
CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.
- Recurring purchases can now be managed more easily by allowing the Next Execution Date to be edited while displaying the Last Executed Date for improved visibility.
- New reminders help users update vessel-specific budgets in time to avoid synchronization issues at the beginning of the year.
- Actions performed on board are now reflected in the office-side Activities log, improving visibility between ship and shore.
- Agent selection for inquiries and orders has been refined to automatically use the agent assigned to the selected schedule where applicable.
