New features and enhancements
CFM Certificates ensures that you all your necessary certificates are up to date and this way, that your vessels are seaworthy. It provides you with various options for the setup of certificate types, such as pre-warning periods, categorization on the revalidation (on expiry, annual or intermediate surveys), the definition of port- or flag-state requirements, or the assignment of responsibilities.
- A permission-bound option has been implemented for creating certificate copies.
- Unique tracking numbers for certificates can now be updated via API, streamlining certificate management.
CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.
- The 'Particulars' subtab within seafarers’ profiles has undergone a significant rearrangement for improved accessibility and user experience. Additionally, the 'Addresses' and 'Communications' sections have been reorganized to eliminate horizontal scrolling, streamlining the navigation process.
- A new export option for MarTrust E-Wallet payments is now available, and relevant labels have been updated for clarity.
- The 'Deviations & Issues' subtab in home allotments now includes icons that distinctly identify the type of payment account, such as bank or e-wallet.
- The activity log has been expanded to meticulously track all actions impacting payment accounts, including all modifications made to e-wallets.
- Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) settings can now be duplicated, facilitating easier management.
- Enhanced CBA payroll settings allow for specific configuration regarding leave settings, particularly when public holidays and weekends coincide.
- The management of flight details has been completely overhauled. Flight requests now accommodate detailed preferences for meals and seating, enabling crew operators to book flights that precisely meet all requirements.
- Special allotment positions created via API can now be restricted from management within CFM Crewing, adding a layer of control and customization.
CFM Crew Portal makes the management of crewing processes much simpler and more transparent while reducing administrative effort. It enables your seafarers to autonomously view and manage their personal data such as certificates and to access company news and shared data.
- The activity log now includes changes made to e-wallet accounts, ensuring comprehensive tracking of financial operations.
- Seafarers are now restricted from exporting payslips that haven't been finalized, enhancing data integrity and accuracy.
- The introduction of a "Contributions" list on the Assignment detail screen and a corresponding tab under Payroll, including home allotment e-wallet account information.
CFM Partner Portal gives you the option to let your partners, investors and contractors securely access, read-only internal information. Easily share relevant data like vessel schedules, crew lists and contact details. By making your partners part of internal processes, collaboration becomes more efficient and productive. Just share the individual login details and your partners can easily access data by desktop or mobile browser. Exchange of information via email will be a thing of the past.
- Partner portal users with the necessary permissions can now approve or decline proposed seafarers for their vessels, enhancing control and decision-making efficiency.
CFM Procedures enables you to send instructions to your vessels fast and easily, making sure that your fleet is up to date regarding e.g. safety instructions - achieving compliance with ease. Effortlessly send company policies and work instructions, or assign responsibilities aboard your ships.
- Users can now set interval options for required read confirmations in specific patterns, ensuring compliance and acknowledgment of procedures.
- A new matrix for read confirmations allows users to quickly review the status of these confirmations per vessel and procedure.
- The system now enables users to specify ranks for mandatory procedure read confirmations.
CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.
- Attachments can now be added to jobs directly from the dashboard while awaiting approval, adding flexibility and efficiency.
- Changes to job intervals are now visible in the activity log, ensuring transparency in maintenance operations.
CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.
- New API calls have been introduced for 'PurchaseDeliveryItemData', 'PurchaseOrderLineRetrievalData', and 'PurchaseRequisitionItemRetrievalData', indicating the IHM relevance of items.
- Users will retain their filters and sort orders when navigating back and forth, enhancing the user experience and efficiency.
